a mistake and hope that you will understand.
Our mountain view properties are specified in www.lasbrisascostarica.net We feel that these are
the most stunning properties in the Central Valley and
are easily the best value in the area. These are
marketed toward almost anyone who is interested in living in Grecia or the Central Valley…wants acreage AND security…as well, of course, as wildlife and the most perfect temperatures in Costa Rica.
Our Ventanas del Pacifico properties, feature some of
the best ocean views in the Central Pacific. The
roads are now cut into the properties and they have
been surveyed as well and filed. Everytime we visit
affirms our initial choice of this property and area as it is not only gorgeous but has the most phenomenal setting of any on the central pacific….jungle, forest,
wildlife , privacy AND security. Each lot ( with a
couple of exceptions ) is composed of a minimum of
5000 sq. meters ( an acre and a quarter ). The area
of San Mateo is NOT a tourist attraction in spite of being relatively close to beaches and all of the central pacific….which makes it attractive to those who wish privacy, quiet, and to experience what Costa Rica is really about…without the nightclubs, petty
crime and hype. Our first phase, 8 properties will
all share a pool and rancho. And of course, those
of you who follow our writings may remember the
teak….3 hectares of prime teak ( planted 8-10 years
ago ) will be deeded to all property owners. Present
day values and projections indicate that in less than two decades, actually closer to one….each homeowner’s share of the teak will be worth more than the initial
purchase price of the land.
There is not another value this good anywhere in the country.
Lastly, our beach development…we are hoping to start construction in November and begin presales at that
time. The project, Pueblo Escondido, is different
than anything in the area…it is set in a Tico community, and yet will be separate and private…only 300 meters from the pacific ocean. Beaches are
stunning and the project is located only minutes from three of the most expensive developments in the area:
Los Suenos, Punta Leona and Nativa. The amount of
flora and fauna is almost overwhelming and yet virtually no “gringos” are familiar with the area,
hence the name “hidden village”. Each home is
individually designed and yet will fit into a community…there is a pool, common area and clubhouse
as well as security 24/7. And don’t forget…the
pacific is only 300 meters away. Prices will be well
under competition and we anticipate huge interest here and hope that all who have an interest will indicate
quickly. Complete designs will be available very
soon.
We feel that all of our projects represent the “real”
side of Costa Rica and at least one of them will
satisfy almost everyone. And don’t forget that first
phase developments are usually a superb investment as well…and these will be no exception.
We are beginning to design brochures for each
development . They will be printed in the States and
drop shipped to any of you who wish to market our
properties. We will also be finishing up websites
for both Ventanas and Pueblo Escondido . Hopefully
that will be enough for you to begin marketing.
A 4% commission will be paid to any of you who send
someone down and they end up buying. And please tell
prospective buyers that lodging will be furnished for each for at least two nights free of charge, with no obligation whatsoever. And if any of you are visiting, please be aware that you are welcome to stay in our cabina as well ( unless, of course, there is a conflict ).
